Urbandale, IA · Now hiring
Practice physical therapy the way you meant to.
We’re a family-owned, one-on-one clinic looking for a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants a full hour with every patient, not a third of one.
Physical Therapist · Full-Time · Urbandale, IA
We’re a growth-minded physical therapy practice looking for an experienced, full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. We believe building lasting relationships with patients is what actually produces outcomes, so every visit here is one-on-one, never split three ways across an hour.
You’ll work with a wide range of patients, from athletes to seniors, with access to ongoing training and current equipment. We want someone who enjoys the diagnostic puzzle as much as the treatment, is comfortable working independently, and still wants a team that has their back, because we’ve got yours.
This is a long-term seat, not a stopover: we’re looking for someone dependable, people-oriented, and detail-oriented who wants to build a career here, not just fill a shift.
Position requirements.
- Full-time, licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Iowa
- Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients and age groups
- Strong patient engagement skills and a genuine motivator for the people you treat
- Clear communicator with patients and peers alike
- Loyal to the team: if we’ve got your back, we need you to have ours too
- Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
What you get.
- Competitive base salary and bonus structure
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k)
- Accrued PTO and holiday pay
- CEU reimbursement, plus a structured mentorship program with unlimited CEUs
- Flexible scheduling, including part-time arrangements where it fits
Family-owned, and intending to stay that way.
What working here actually looks like, day to day.
- 01Staff training that’s ongoing, not a binder you get on day one and never open again.
- 02Monthly clinical education on the calendar: joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, blood flow restriction, not squeezed in after hours.
- 03A positive, team-first culture: we’re a small enough shop that everyone actually knows everyone.
- 04Real career advancement for someone who wants to grow here long-term.
