Born and raised in Des Moines. Graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s in psychology.

After getting my bachelor’s degree in psychology, I started working in the mental health field with people of all ages and backgrounds. I realized how much I loved working with people and wanted to make it a full-time gig. Helping facilitate a client’s health journey makes it all worth it!
