I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, from athletes to older adults. I am passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and reach their personal goals.
I enjoy treating a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative patients, balance impairments, and issues involving the hips and knees. I also have a strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation and am looking to become more involved in women’s pelvic health.
What I love most about working at Kaizen Health and Wellness is the positive, supportive atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming, always ready to lend a hand, and brings a great sense of humor to the workplace. It’s clear that each team member is genuinely passionate about their work and committed to helping others. I love being part of a collaborative and upbeat team environment where patient care always comes first.
When I’m not working, I enjoy taking my pup swimming at the lake, going for long walks, running, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
Patient Testimonials
“Kaizen physical therapy is the ultimate place to recover from any kind of injury. Josh, Bryan, Lea, and Dylan are so extremely talented and knowledgeable. When I was told my daughter’s injury could cause permanent damage. The physical therapists at Kaizen refused to accept that diagnosis. From the very beginning the compassion, patience and dedication that has been shown is next level. Not only has everyone gone above and beyond for her recovery, she is actually stronger and better overall than before. We have been able to have the second surgery an entire 2 -3 months sooner than the Doctor expected and was at a loss for words when we went back for the follow up. You will not get this type of therapy anywhere else. Also being a highly competitive athlete they understand the passion and desire to get back in the game as soon as possible and how to help teach and prevent any further injuries for her going forward. If you want to feel like you are valued, worthy and greeted every time with smiling faces this is the place to recover.”
